If you’re in the market for a new car, you probably hear about the benefits of Mazda Apple CarPlay®. If you aren’t familiar with Apple CarPlay®, it’s a software system on many new Mazda vehicles to help you pair your compatible iPhone® with your vehicle. That way, you can bring your favorite podcasts and playlists along for the ride and pick up that new audiobook you love right where you left off. Since not all new Mazda trim models come with navigation, drivers also utilize Apple CarPlay® because they can use the Google Maps™ or Waze® Navigation on their phone to receive turn-by-turn directions to their destination.
Now that you know more about the benefits of Mazda Apple CarPlay® and why drivers love this new audio integration, you might be wondering how to connect your compatible iPhone® to one of our new Mazda specials.
There are a few easy ways to connect Mazda CX-5 Apple CarPlay® and activate it once you’re behind the wheel. The easiest way to turn on Apple CarPlay® in one of our new Mazda vehicles is with a USB cable. Plug your phone into the audio integration USB port, and Apple CarPlay® Mazda will start automatically. If, for some reason, the Apple CarPlay® menu doesn’t appear on your vehicle’s infotainment screen, try pressing the home button on your phone.
Many new Mazda lease deals also come with wireless Apple CarPlay®. This feature lets you skip the mess and hassle of cords and wires. Simply pair your compatible iPhone® with the wireless Apple CarPlay® on your new Mazda and control your media directly on your car’s infotainment screen.
If you have questions about any of the ways to connect Mazda3 Apple CarPlay®, you can give our dealership a call or review our Apple CarPlay® quick start guide.
